May-June, 2010 The roof and floor of the 'Lanterns by the Sea' kitchen will undergo repair from May 10 to June 2, 2010 Monday - Saturday. Noise level will be moderate. Guests will not stay in the building in closest proximity to this project. From June 12 to June 26, 2010, another project reinforcing the revetment that protects the Conchita Point will result in the small beach to the left of the point being closed to allow access of equipment required to move boulders. This will primarily impact the same building affected by the restaurant repairs. This building will be closed during this projecty as well, which should greatly reduce impact to guests.
