flights, and they were especially helpful when some of the travelers deviated and stayed a few
extra days or upgraded their rooms.
We made the initial plans in July 2007 and were in constant communication with someone in the
group department until the group left for their trip in April of 2008. The TNT staff were always
ready to answer our questions and guide our agent. It made the entire process run very smoothly.

"I am finally, albeit reluctantly getting back into the groove. Its been tough coming off the 'high'
of my vacation, but I guess that just goes to show what a magnificent vacation it was.
Many thanks again for all your efforts on behalf of my family. Everyone, all 13 or us had a
spectacular time! The Iberostar Pariaso del Mar is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures on the website
do not do it justice. The landscaping, colors, cleanliness and plethora of exotic birds was amazing.
Our rooms were all close by and HUGE! The staff could not have been more gracious. The food at the
buffet was excellent and had quiet a variety. We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, but would
pass next time on the Tropical restaurant.
The beach was wide, white and wonderful. Some of my family went snorkeling, some parasailing and a
few of us did a couple of dives. We even did some yoga on the beach :-)
Armando, the TNT (Best Tours rep) was very helpful and informative. He even tracked us down at
breakfast because we were late for the 'orientation'. We did two optional tours, Tulum and Xel Ha and
Coba the Mayan Experience. Both were professional and really fun. I must take a moment to rave about
the archeological tour guides at both Tulum and Coba. Very impressive. Also, we all fell in love
with Mikael, our guide for the Mayan Encounter. He was the best!
Please pass along my thanks and kudos to TNT and Iberostar. As you know my Mom was diagnosed with
cancer last year. She is doing magnificent and this trip meant just that much more to us. She will be
contacting you as she and her girlfriends want to go back next year!!
