Peace of Mind Job Loss Protection!
Simply purchase one of TNT Vacations’ “No-Worry” Travel Protection Programs, which allows consumers to cancel for any reason, and TNT Vacations’ will also include the Job Loss Peace of Mind Protection. If you involuntarily lose your job on or after May 11, 2009, you will be refunded for your full package price including the cost of the Travel Protection Plan*.

Terms and Conditions for TNT Vacations’ Job Loss Protection

  • Valid for new bookings only made after 5/20/09.
  • Valid on bookings made up to 12/31/09.
  • Valid for bookings made between 5/20/09 and 12/31/09 (“Booking Window”).
  • Does not apply to changes made to bookings made prior to 5/20/09.
  • Does not apply to changes made to bookings purchased within the booking window but changed after 12/31/09.
  • Offer is valid only with the purchase of one of TNT Vacations’ “No-Worry” Travel Protection Programs.
  • The person seeking to cancel their booking under the Peace of Mind Job Loss Protection must:
    • Involuntarily lose their full time job on or after 5/20/09.
    • Be aged 18 or older as of 5/20/09.
    • Be traveling on the booking for which a refund is claimed.

  • A request for a refund must be received no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date of your vacation.
  • No refund will be issued until the original documentation has been received by TNT Vacations.
  • Does not apply to prize winners or trip donations of any kind.
Documentation
In order to be eligible for a credit under the Job Loss Peace of Mind Protection you must provide TNT Vacations with an original notarized letter providing details of the trip to be cancelled and the date of your involuntary termination plus a notarized copy of one of the following:

  • Notice of dismissal from employment
  • Employment separation agreement
  • Termination agreement
  • Severance agreement

All valid bookings are subject to the terms of TNT Vacations’ Travel Protection Programs available at the following websites: http://www.tntvacations.com/booking_program.pdf

Valid bookings will receive refunds according to the type of Travel Protection Plan purchased. In addition, the cost of the Plan itself and the $50 per person administration fee will be refunded in the form of credit vouchers, valid toward future purchases of TNT Vacations packages for up to one year from the date of issue.
