CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who link to the TNT Vacations website and who enter the TNT Vacations Sweepstakes (Sponsor) as provided below. Employees of Sponsor, its agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, marketing affiliates and partners, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or household of each are not eligible.
2. Timing: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. local Massachusetts time on December 15, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local Massachusetts time on December 31, 2008.
3. How to Enter: On January 5, 2009, a winner will be drawn from all entrants to our sweepstakes made at this page on the website. Only valid addresses and email addresses will be accepted and only one email address is permitted per individual. Duplicate entries are not permitted and will receive only one entry. Departure tax, September 11 Security Fee, and any Passenger Facility Charges must be paid by the winner and are not included in the prize. Contest winners are subject to the terms and conditions of TNT Vacation's Tour Participant Agreement, found at the bottom of the home page at TNTVacations.com.
Sponsor is not responsible for: late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, computer system, phone line, electronic equipment, computer hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature or for problems downloading entries from the website or for any other technical problems related to website entries. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. Winner Selection: Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing to be held on January 5, 2009 by Sponsor or its designee, the judges of the Contest, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Each winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and, at the option of Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. A selected winner will be considered ineligible for any subsequent drawing in this Contest if any.
5. Prize: One free hotel stay for 7 nights at one of our Mexican or Caribbean destinations. No prize transfers or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If an eligible person who is a minor wins the prize, it will be awarded in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all necessary documents. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the prize certificate. Black-out dates may apply. Airfare is not included.
6. Miscellaneous: By entering, participants, (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges; (b) agree to release Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledges that Sponsor and its agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this sweepstakes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize (including, but not limited to, departure taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.). Subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
